Technically? Everywhere. 🌍
We’re based in Northwich, Cheshire, but our remote package means we can (and do) support clients all over the world — from Europe to Dubai to the US, even digital nomads who seem to be in a different café every time we speak to them (best stories, by the way).
A couple of things to keep in mind though:
Physical fixes → If your computer needs a hands-on repair, upgrade, or data recovery, you’ll need to get the device to us. That might mean a drive or postage cost, which isn’t always practical if you’re far away. In those cases, you’re probably better sticking with a Remote-Only package, or finding someone local for the hardware side.
Time zones → We work UK hours. If you’re elsewhere in the world, no problem — we already do this regularly — but just remember we’re not answering the phone at 3am our time. We’ll always find a slot that works for both of us.
So yes, we cover your area — wherever that happens to be. Remote support means we can help anyone, anywhere. But we only offer free pick up and collection services to those within 10 miles of Northwich. And we only do that for customers on our computer and laptop support packages (the normies only get 5 miles from Northwich or Winsford, and 2 miles from Knutsford). If you’re outside that catchment area, you’re more than welcome to come to us, or we can come to you (within reason) provided you cover travel expenses.
