You can cancel your subscription, effective at the end of your current subscription period, at any time. There are no cancellation fees. You will continue to receive our exceptional service until the end of your current subscription period.

No, there are no contracts and no long-term commitments. Simply choose which plan you want and purchase, no hoops, no hassle, no need to sign anything. If you want to renew (and we hope you do!) you can, but if you don’t just let us know ?

How Many Devices Are Covered?2020-12-09T13:09:54+00:00

Our Solo and Solo + bundles cover a single device (i.e. your laptop or your iMac). The Dynasty bundle covers three devices, so if you need cover for your computer and your kids’ laptops, you’re sorted. The Dynasty + offers cover for four devices. You can also add an extra device to any of our plans as a bolt-on. Your covered devices can belong to anyone you choose, but your cover is device-specific (like car insurance or pet insurance), so you’ll need to let us know what device(s) your plan is covering.

Are There Any Hidden Costs?2020-12-09T00:22:42+00:00

No, there are zero hidden costs. Your bundle covers any labour needed to repair and maintain your device for the duration of your subscription. If your laptop screen smashes and you need a new one fitting, you won’t pay a penny for the time it takes us to sort it. You will, however, need to pay for the new screen itself. The cost of new hardware is not covered, as this can vary wildly depending on your device, the issue, and what you want to do. You will, however, get a % discount on the cost of any new hardware purchased through us while you’re on your plan. Standard plans come with a 5% hardware discount, while plus plans offer a 10% discount. We will always discuss any costs with you prior to incurring them, and it will be your decision whether or not to go ahead, so you will never get any nasty surprises!

Will I Need To Install Anything On My Device?2022-07-18T15:31:07+00:00

Yes, we have remote software that is used for monitoring and fixing issues at a distance when there is no need for you to physically bring the device to us. This is great if you’re in the middle of the work day and something goes wrong – we can simply remote onto the machine and fix it without you ever needing to leave work, or even let on there is an issue!

Our office hours are 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. If you need us outside these times we are available for advice via messenger or email.

We cover Windows and Mac laptops and computers. We do not currently offer cover for additional devices including tablets, iPads, or phones.
