Your package covers all labour — so if your laptop screen smashes, you won’t pay a penny for the time it takes us to fit a new one. You will need to cover the cost of the screen itself (hardware isn’t included, because prices vary depending on the part and the device).
If you’re on Solo, Solo+, Dynasty, or Dynasty+, you’ll also get a discount on any new hardware you buy through us — 5% on standard plans, 10% on plus plans. Remote-Only doesn’t include hardware discounts.
And whatever plan you’re on, we’ll always talk costs through with you first, so you’re the one who decides whether to go ahead.
