No, there are zero hidden costs. Your bundle covers any labour needed to repair and maintain your device for the duration of your subscription. If your laptop screen smashes and you need a new one fitting, you won’t pay a penny for the time it takes us to sort it. You will, however, need to pay for the new screen itself. The cost of new hardware is not covered, as this can vary wildly depending on your device, the issue, and what you want to do. You will, however, get a % discount on the cost of any new hardware purchased through us while you’re on your plan. Standard plans come with a 5% hardware discount, while plus plans offer a 10% discount. We will always discuss any costs with you prior to incurring them, and it will be your decision whether or not to go ahead, so you will never get any nasty surprises!
