We hear horror stories from clients all the time about tech they bought brand new only a few weeks ago, which suddenly stopped working. Tales of taking devices to Curry’s to get them fixed only to wait weeks while they’re sent away and return, still broken. Worse still, are the times a simple fix has been quoted at an outrageous price.

You should never have to choose between an extortionate repair bill or managing without your laptop. If we feel the cost of repairing a device outweighs the value of it, we’ll let you know. We’ll never suggest a repair that isn’t in your best interests, and always search for the best solution to ensure your machine is running as well as it possibly can. We repair all your devices at our local office in Northwich, and aim to return to them to you as quickly as possible. In fact, when you sign up for an Avengers Package we’ll give you our remote software to install on your device. This will allow us direct access to your computer at a distance (with your permission, of course!) so we can take care of a lot of issues without you ever having to be parted from your device at all.

Our Avengers Bundles are designed for individuals, families, and home users. So if you’re working from home and want someone to help with the tech side because work isn’t providing that support, this is perfect. If you’re running your own business and need technical support to cover you, your team, and any equipment needed our sister company Acrylic IT have packages tailored to business needs.
You can cancel your subscription, effective at the end of your current subscription period, at any time. There are no cancellation fees. You will continue to receive our exceptional service until the end of your current subscription period.
No, there are no contracts and no long-term commitments. Simply choose which plan you want and purchase, no hoops, no hassle, no need to sign anything. If you want to renew (and we hope you do!) you can, but if you don’t just let us know ?
Our Solo and Solo + bundles cover a single device (i.e. your laptop or your iMac). The Dynasty bundle covers three devices, so if you need cover for your computer and your kids’ laptops, you’re sorted. The Dynasty + offers cover for four devices. You can also add an extra device to any of our plans as a bolt-on. Your covered devices can belong to anyone you choose, but your cover is device-specific (like car insurance or pet insurance), so you’ll need to let us know what device(s) your plan is covering.
No, there are zero hidden costs. Your bundle covers any labour needed to repair and maintain your device for the duration of your subscription. If your laptop screen smashes and you need a new one fitting, you won’t pay a penny for the time it takes us to sort it. You will, however, need to pay for the new screen itself. The cost of new hardware is not covered, as this can vary wildly depending on your device, the issue, and what you want to do. You will, however, get a % discount on the cost of any new hardware purchased through us while you’re on your plan. Standard plans come with a 5% hardware discount, while plus plans offer a 10% discount. We will always discuss any costs with you prior to incurring them, and it will be your decision whether or not to go ahead, so you will never get any nasty surprises!
Yes, we have remote software that is used for monitoring and fixing issues at a distance when there is no need for you to physically bring the device to us. This is great if you’re in the middle of the work day and something goes wrong – we can simply remote onto the machine and fix it without you ever needing to leave work, or even let on there is an issue!
Our office hours are 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday. If you need us outside these times we are available for advice via messenger or email.
We cover Windows and Mac laptops and computers. We do not currently offer cover for additional devices including tablets, iPads, or phones.
