Our Avenger Care Packages are here to assist those who need the peace of mind that someone is always there to help. With cyber-attacks and crime on the constant rise, and Microsoft pushing new updates out daily that will always go wrong somehow, or your children wanting the latest in gaming technology. Everyone needs a Geek who can talk to them in plain English, and be there at the end of a telephone or via a remote session to help.
The Care Package Process…
- Choose the right package for you.
- Sign up using our online form.
- Fill in our on-boarding form that gathers all your information and is stored securely within our CRM.
- Within 14 days one of our technicians will arrange a call with you to introduce ourselves and send you some links to get your laptop or computer connected to our monitoring and remote systems.
- Sit back, make a brew, and revel in the fact you can browse your favourite websites in peace.
Hours Of Service…
Phone lines are manned 8.30 am – 5 pm Mon-Fri. However, we do operate an out of hours service too where a call can be logged, remote session or visit booked, or even assist you with a query, but you may also get an answering machine where you can just leave your details and someone will get back to you.

How Do You Monitor My System…
We utilise a monitor software-based system, that installs a small app on your equipment, this feeds back important data to our secure systems. We DO NOT collect any personal data, and can’t see your browser history.
What Antivirus Is Provided?
We partner with one of the largest antivirus companies in the world Bitdefender to provide a total security solution for your equipment. This is centrally managed, so you never have to worry about updates this is all done for you.
What Do I Do If I Have An Issue?
If you have a problem, just get in touch with us on any of the platforms and you will be assigned a technician who will assist you.
When Does My Care Package Run From?
Our care packages are for 12 months. There is an initial 14 day cooling-off period, where your device will be added to our system from day 15 onwards you are covered for a full 12 months. You can contact us at any time if you would like an update on these dates.
How Do I Pay?
We use a secure partner “Stripe” to process our payment via credit or debit card. We do not hold any information on your card details in house.
Does My Payment Include VAT?
No, IT and Beyond is not currently VAT registered.
How Do I Cancel?
In the event that you want to cancel our service. If you are within the first 14 days of the service, you can cancel and a full refund will be issued.
After this, you can cancel at any time. Either cancel your direct debit at your bank, or drop us a message and we can cancel from our end. Your care package will continue up until the renewal date, at which time we will send over instructions on how to remove our software from your equipment.
Will I Get A Refund If I Cancel Early?
Only if it is within the first 14 days. After that, your care package will remain active until your renewal date.
How Is My Hardware Discount Applied?
Some of our packages include a hardware discount. If this is required, it will automatically be applied, and you will be informed of the original price and the discounted price at the time we quote anything.
